Pure Fun Youth Camp @ Kingdom!

Hello Parents! I am excited about the possibility of working with your youth and helping their summer to be enriching and enjoyable!

Ages 7-14

Time: 10 a.m.- 2 p.m.

Dates: Tuesday and Thursday in the month of July- starting July 5th.

Purpose: The Purpose for this Pure Fun Camp Experience is for our youth to have an enjoyable summer through field trips, writing activities, reading and Bible Enrichment!
Location: 2260 Cecil Avenue Baltimore, MD 21218

***Each youth will be given a journal at the beginning of the camp and will learn creative ways to write and journal in the morning. We will also have a scripture focus for each week!



Week 1: God’s Glorious Beauty in the Earth”!

The earth is the Lord’s, and all its fullness,
The world and those who dwell therein.
For He has founded it upon the seas,
And established it upon the waters. Psalm 24: 1-2 (NKJV)

Thursday, July 5th- Welcome and Field Trip kick off, Centennial Park. Lunch, fun and games at the parkJ.

This will be our kick-off session. We will meet at KRI and the youth will be welcomed to Pure Fun Camp. Scripture for the week will be reviewed (Psalm 24:1-2).



Tuesday, July 10th- Journaling and Morning Reading discussion, Arts and Crafts, Outside activity time, Snack and closing.

We will continue with last weeks’ Scripture for the week (Psalm 24:1-2).

Week 2: “Everything God made has purpose”.

 So God created great sea creatures and every living thing that moves, with which the waters abounded, according to their kind, and every winged bird according to its kind. And God saw that it was good. Genesis 1:21 (NKJV)

Thursday, July 12th- Field Trip: Aquarium trip

Journaling and Morning Reading discussion, Trip to the aquarium, return to KRI- Snack and Closing.



Tuesday, July 17th- Journaling and Morning Reading discussion, Arts and Crafts, Outside activity time, Snack and closing.



Week 3: “Let’s Discover the Great works of the Lord”

Great are the works of the Lord, studied by all who delight in them. Psalm 11:2



Thursday, July 19th- Field Trip: Port Discovery

Journaling and Morning Reading discussion, Trip to the aquarium, return to KRI- Snack and Closing.



Tuesday, July 24th- Journaling and Morning Reading discussion, Arts and Crafts, Outside activity time, Snack and closing.



Week 4:God created the creatures both big and small

Let all things praise the name of the Lord, because they were created at his command. Psalm 148:5

Thursday, July 26th- Field Trip: D.C. Zoo (9-4 p.m.)

Journaling and Morning Reading discussion, Trip to the aquarium, return to KRI- Snack and Closing.

Once you e-mail me, more information will be sent to you  within the next week on cost, etc. The cost will include transportation, field trips and snacks for the youth.
